The Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy Clinic  is a custom built boutique clinic here in the heart of Buderim.

The clinic has been thoughtfully designed with an eco friendly design using recycled timbers, low voc paints and maximising the use of natural light and airflow.

All our equipment including our massage table is hand carved and made in India or custom made by local carpenters here on the sunshine coast.  We are dedicated to upholding the ancient traditions of Ayurveda and use only traditional medicated Ayurvedic oils for all our treatments and all our Ayurvedic medicines are of the highest quality which you can read more about here .

We use a pure Ayurvedic skin care range which has been put together by an Ayurvedic Dr and using only natural ingredients which are hand picked, sun-dried and wild crafted and contains no preservatives making this one of the only true natural skin care ranges on the market.

Over many years of practice we have refined the treatments. For instance the traditional shirodhara treatment is performed in an authentic manner using no machines, warmers or taps during the pouring of the oil.

During Ayurvedic consultations traditional diagnosis is undertaken in the form of pulse, tongue and Ayurvedic Iridology, a skill developed over many years of practice.

Traditional Yoga in the form of Yoga Therapy is taught in its unadulterated form, tailored to your health needs, either one on one or in small therapy group classes.
