Your Consultation Session with Scott involves

  • During your initial consultation, Scott will listen to your concerns and gain insight into your current health, health history and well-being.
  • He will assess your body type based on your unique constitution (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), imbalances of the doshas and state of mind (based on the Ayurvedic principles of Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas). This process aids in identifying and targeting the root cause responsible for any health conditions. To further this unique and in-depth diagnosis, the body’s tissues/organs, and channels from an Ayurvedic diagnostic perspective will be identified and feedback will be given based on these results in a complete and thorough Ayurvedic program.
  • The diagnosis will be carried out in the form of Ayurvedic iridology, Ayurvedic pulse taking, skin analysis, and nail and tongue diagnosis, which will result in a clear understanding of your current state of health and the root cause of any health conditions. Based on this, Scott will design an easy-to-follow Ayurvedic health program that will lead you towards your health goals.

  • Treatment involves diet and lifestyle modifications, the use of herbal preparations to help correct imbalances and detoxify the body, Ayurvedic body treatments to help detoxify and bring balance to the doshas, and customized diet recommendations designed to balance the body’s intelligence (dosha), improve clarity of mind, digestion, and vitality/immunity.
  • A follow up session is recommended after your initial consultation to help make any necessary adjustments and to make sure your needs are being met. This will provide you with on going support and further education with your health through Ayurvedic knowledge.
  • This program focuses on developing clients’ awareness of their health, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, which leads to longer-lasting results. Depending on the case and requirements, the program may require 1-5 visits.
