Age well with good health-  covers breath and specific movements for muscle and bone strength, balance and co-ordination, mobility and relaxation. It will also cover specific sound and mantra to help with digestion and mental stability.

This class is suitable for those 50 and over who are suffering form osteopenia, osteoporosis, weakness, instability, lack of confidence and wanting to improve their muscle and bone strength, balance, mobility and overall health and wellbeing.

Numbers in the class are kept to a minimum to provide adequate support for those attending with proper guidance for the individuals needs.
