What Our Clients Say
“GUT ISSUES! After having 30 odd years of chronic Gut problems and after having seen many practitioners of various modalities & spending tens of thousands of $$ I thankfully found Dr Scott. Dr Scott gave a thorough diagnosis and pinpointed my problems straight up. From there he prescribed Ayurvedic Medicines and a 3 week meal program. (Which is very tasty!) During the 3 weeks I was in constant contact with Dr Scott to update on how I was progressing and he was always there to make suggestions/ changes as required. Improvements started to come fast and after completing the 3 week program I am very please with the results. Digestion has improved now to a point where I feel very comfortable in my skin! Bloating / Gas etc has drastically reduced and will improve more over time as I follow the ongoing Ayurvedic way of life. I can eat foods eg Dairy, Ghee, Wheat etc which I thought would never be an option. Ongoing Dr Scott has provided advice on the ‘How, When, What’ I should eat. Which is an absolute blessing, something I have always been searching for. Thank you Scott, I am forever grateful. Time for a chai! Shane – Sunshine Coast.
“After trying countless treatments on the Sunshine Coast for ongoing back pain and spasms – I felt I was only addressing the symptoms, not the underlying cause. Working with Scott and Kim has been a game-changer. Their holistic approach, combining personalised Ayurvedic treatments, diet, tonics, and yoga therapy, helped me understand and treat the root causes of my issues. Not only has my pain improved dramatically, but I’m now rebuilding my strength and feeling better than I have in years. Their dedication and genuine passion for achieving real results truly sets them apart. Highly recommended”. Natasha – Sunshine Coast.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
What is Ayurveda and how can it help me?
Ayurveda is an ancient health system that promotes healing through diet, herbs, lifestyle, and therapies based on your unique constitution.
Do you offer Panchakarma on the Sunshine Coast?
We offer detox and rejuvenation programs that are very similar to Panchakarma, we just don’t call it Panchakarma because, for this, you really need to have in-house facilities, which we don’t have.
Is Ayurvedic treatment safe alongside Western medicine?
Yes, Ayurveda can work alongside your existing treatments. We take a holistic and integrative approach.
What is your Yoga about?
The Yoga we teach is firmly grounded in Krishnamacharya teachings one of the most respected and honoured teachers of Yoga. This method, passed down through great teachers since, emphasises the importance of adapting Yoga to the individual, while maintaining the integrity of the original teachings.
We are deeply committed to preserving the purity of this tradition, avoiding the modern trend of dilution, performance-based practice, or stylistic blending. The Yoga we offer is not about trends or external display it is a therapeutic, breath-centred, meditative discipline, designed to meet you where you are and support your personal healing journey.
This approach is not just something we teach it is something we live. As long-time practitioners ourselves, we integrate these practices into our daily lives. The benefits are real and transformative offering clarity, stability, resilience and peace.
In our clinical setting, we’ve seen remarkable outcomes when using this method. Whether used for managing pain, calming anxiety, improving posture or rebuilding energy after burnout, the results are consistently profound. Each session is thoughtfully designed, one-on-one, and respectful of your capacity.
