Appointment Policy –
To book your appointment please phone us on 0412287521 we recommend booking in advance to assure you can get the time you prefer.
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any required forms and enable your treatment to be started on time.
Please either wear or bring with you clothes that you don’t mind getting oil on for after your treatment as we do use warm medicated oils in our traditional Ayurvedic treatments that may leave a stain on your clothes.
Cancellation policy –
We understand sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. You will receive a reminder 24hrs prior to your appointment via text or phone. We do require 24hrs notice prior to your appointment of cancellation or need to reschedule.
The Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy Clinic collects and uses personal information about you primarily to supply you with the products you order from it and the information you request. If you subscribe to our mailing list Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy Clinic will communicate our regular newsletter topics and also provide you with information about promotions, as well as the products and services of the Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy Clinic . If you do not wish to remain a subscriber to our mailing list or otherwise receive updates on our products and services, you are able to remove your details from the subscriptions list via our website.
Are personal account details stored safely?
Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy Clinic takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of personal information held by it from such risks as loss or unauthorised access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure of data. Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy Clinic only permits your details to be accessed by authorised personnel and upholds legal responsibilities in relation to privacy.
We review each refund policy on an individual basis and endeavour for a high level of customer satisfaction.
Please choose products carefully as we do not issue refunds for incorrect product purchases. Any problems or defects upon receipt of goods must be reported to us within 3 days or purchase.
All Wellness packages purchased are valid for a 12 month time period and not eligible for refund. Those who require a refund due to unforeseen circumstances will incur an administration fee.
